Entry to the promenade is free, with individual charges for attractions like the Ferris wheel (around 30 AED per person). Plenty of dining options are available from casual cafes to sit-down restaurants, most with kids menus, and the area is fully wheelchair and stroller accessible with wide paved pathways.

Al Qasba hosts special events during UAE National Day (December 2), Eid celebrations, and the Sharjah Light Festival (February). Summer months (June to September) are extremely hot, making daytime visits uncomfortable, but the venue remains open with evening hours being most popular year-round.
