Entry fee is 5 AED per person (children under 2 free), plus 30 AED for vehicles. The park has prayer rooms, changing facilities, and BBQ areas. Modest swimwear is required (covering shoulders and knees is recommended). Swimming pools and beaches have lifeguards on duty.

Most enjoyable October through April during cooler months. Summer (May-September) is extremely hot with temperatures often exceeding 40°C, making midday visits uncomfortable. The park remains open year-round with extended hours on weekends. Islamic holidays may see increased crowds.

The park has small kiosks selling snacks and drinks, but for better dining options, head to nearby Al Mamzar area where you'll find family-friendly restaurants including Burger King and local shawarma spots. Many families prefer bringing their own picnic supplies.
