Admission and parking are free. There are no facilities or food vendors, so bring everything you need including snacks, water, and sunscreen. Restrooms may be limited, so plan accordingly.

Best visited April through October when weather is mild. Winter visits are possible but playgrounds and paths may be wet or icy. The river beaches are most appealing during warm summer months (June to August).
