Entry is completely free and the park is open 24/7. Street parking is available on Brighton Boulevard but can be limited during summer weekends. There are no cafes or food facilities at the park itself, so bring your own picnic supplies and snacks.

Open year-round with the best weather from September through April (Australian spring through autumn). Winter months (June to August) can be windy and cooler but still pleasant on sunny days. Summer holidays (December and January) see the most crowds.
