3. 3.The park is massive, so enter at the gate closest to your target area. Baker Street tube station provides access to the southern end, while Regent's Park tube is best for the playgrounds.
4. 4.Pack a picnic to save money, as cafe options are limited and pricey. There are plenty of benches and open lawn areas perfect for spreading a blanket.
5. 5.Combine your visit with the nearby ZSL London Zoo (inside the park) for a full day of activities, though note the zoo requires separate admission.

Weekday mornings from May through September offer the best weather with fewer crowds. Weekends get busy with locals, especially during nice weather. Arrive early (7:00 to 9:00 AM) to enjoy peaceful mornings before tourist crowds arrive around mid-morning.

Admission is completely free. The nearest tube stations are Regent's Park, Baker Street, and Great Portland Street (all within walking distance). Public restrooms are available but can be basic. No car parking inside the park, but limited street parking nearby with typical London parking fees.

Beautiful year-round, but spring (April to June) showcases stunning flower displays and baby ducks. Summer brings the Open Air Theatre performances and best boating weather. Autumn offers colorful foliage. Winter can be cold and muddy, so dress warmly and wear waterproof boots. Boating facilities typically operate April through October only.

The Honest Burgers on Baker Street (10-minute walk) offers great kid-friendly options with proper high chairs and changing facilities. Alternatively, the many cafes along Marylebone High Street provide family-friendly dining with diverse options from pizza to Asian cuisine.
