Admission is around £10-12 for adults and £6-8 for children, with family tickets available. The centre has a cafe, gift shop, free parking nearby in North Berwick town, and is fully accessible with lifts to all floors. Boat trips cost extra and are weather dependent.

Peak season is April to July when puffins are nesting and most visible. Boat trips run March to October, weather permitting, with reduced winter hours for the centre (November to February). Winter visits are quieter but still offer seal watching and educational exhibits year-round.
