Entry fees are very affordable (typically 600-800 HUF for adults, children under 6 free, approximately 2-3 USD). There's no on-site parking, but street parking is available nearby. Bring snacks and water as there are no food facilities inside.

The garden is most spectacular from April through October when outdoor plants are in bloom. Winter visits (November to March) focus mainly on greenhouse collections as outdoor gardens are dormant. Note the early closing time of 4:00 PM year-round, so plan accordingly.
