Admission is approximately 40,000-50,000 won for adults and 30,000-40,000 won for children, with additional ride passes available. Food courts and restaurants serve mostly Korean cuisine with some familiar options like fried chicken and pizza. Strollers are permitted and there are family restrooms throughout the park.

The park operates year-round but is most popular during spring tulip season (April) and fall foliage (October). Winter months can be cold but feature special illumination festivals and Christmas events. Some outdoor rides may close during heavy rain or extreme cold. Summer can be hot and humid but offers extended evening hours on weekends.

Seoul Grand Park area has several Korean family restaurants within walking distance, including casual spots serving bibimbap and kimbap. Inside the park, the main food court offers fried chicken, noodles, and rice dishes that are familiar to most children. For a wider variety, the nearby town of Gwacheon has international chain restaurants including pizza and burger options.
