Admission is pricey but all-inclusive covering most activities, shows, lockers, and snorkel gear. Food and drinks are extra unless you purchase the Plus package. The park is massive with lots of walking, so bring a stroller for younger children or plan rest breaks.

Open year-round. December through April offers the best weather with less humidity and rainfall. Summer months (June to September) can be hot and rainy but less crowded. Special Day of the Dead celebrations happen in late October and early November.
