While park entry is free, boat tours cost approximately 40-80 MYR (10-20 USD) per person depending on the tour length and operator. Most tours last 3-4 hours and include stops at bat caves, floating fish farms, and eagle feeding areas. Food is not available in the park, so bring your own.

The dry season (November to April) offers the best conditions with calmer waters and clearer skies. The wet season (May to October) brings afternoon thunderstorms that may cancel tours, though mornings are often still suitable. Tours operate year-round but may be suspended during heavy monsoon rains in September and October.
