Entry is completely free with ample parking available. There are basic restroom facilities on site, but limited food vendors, so bring your own snacks and meals. The park is stroller-friendly with paved pathways throughout.

The park is open year-round, but summer months (June-August) can be extremely hot with temperatures over 40°C, making outdoor play challenging during midday hours. The cooler months from November to February are peak season for outdoor activities. The park may host special events during Eid holidays and Omani National Day (November 18).

Muscat Grand Mall is just a short drive away and offers numerous family-friendly dining options including international chains and local restaurants with air conditioning. The Avenues Mall, also nearby, features a food court with child-friendly choices and high chairs available.
