October through April offers the most comfortable weather with cooler temperatures perfect for outdoor play. Visit in the early morning (6-9am) or late afternoon/evening (4pm onwards) during summer months. Weekday mornings are quietest, while Friday and Saturday evenings offer a lively, family-friendly atmosphere with local families out enjoying the space.

Admission is completely free and the park is open 24 hours daily. Limited food vendors are available nearby along the Corniche, so bringing your own snacks and water is recommended. Public restrooms are available and the park is fully accessible with paved, stroller-friendly paths throughout.

The park is open year-round, but summer months (June through September) are extremely hot with temperatures often exceeding 40°C (104°F), making early morning or evening visits essential. The best weather for all-day visits is from November through March when temperatures are mild and pleasant. During Ramadan, be respectful of those fasting by avoiding eating and drinking in public during daylight hours.

The Corniche area has numerous family-friendly dining options within walking distance, including Paul Bakery & Restaurant for Western-style sandwiches and pastries, and Turkish restaurant Mama Noura offering kid-friendly grilled meats and flatbreads. The nearby Souq Waqif (10 minutes by car) has dozens of casual eateries with outdoor seating.
