This is a completely free, 24-hour preserve with no facilities, so plan accordingly by bringing all supplies, snacks, and water. There are no restrooms, visitor centers, or paved paths, making it a true wilderness experience.

Spring (April to May) brings beautiful wildflowers, while autumn (September to October) offers stunning fall foliage. Trails can become icy and challenging with small children during winter months.
