Entry is completely free and the park is open 24 hours. Parking lots are available along Akdeniz Boulevard but fill quickly in summer, so arrive early or consider taking a tram or taxi. Numerous cafes, restaurants, and snack vendors operate along the promenade, and clean public restrooms are available throughout.

Best visited April through October when weather is ideal for beach activities. Summer (July and August) can be extremely hot with temperatures over 35°C (95°F), so plan water activities and seek shade during midday. Winter months are mild but swimming may be too cold for children, though the park and playgrounds remain enjoyable year-round.

The Migros 5M shopping center just behind the beach has a food court with familiar options including McDonald's and local Turkish fast food. For authentic Turkish cuisine, try one of the many family-friendly restaurants along the beachfront promenade serving fresh fish, pide (Turkish pizza), and kid-friendly kebabs with sea views.
