Admission fees support the nonprofit rescue mission, and the facility is stroller and wheelchair accessible. Food is not available on-site, so pack snacks and drinks, especially for the approximately 1.5-mile drive-through loop.

Open year-round with animals visible in all seasons. Winter visits offer a magical snowy backdrop and animals in thick coats, though dress warmly if walking. Summer provides the longest daylight hours and mildest weather for extended exploring.
