Summer months (June-August) bring extreme heat with temperatures exceeding 105°F - plan visits for early morning or evening only. Spring wildflower season (March-April) offers beautiful desert blooms. Outlets at Anthem shopping center (just 2 miles away) offers family favorites like Chipotle, Freddy's Frozen Custard, and Which Wich. For a sit-down meal, Daisy Mountain Brewery has a kid-friendly patio and menu with burgers and pizza.
