Thimi is famous for its traditional Newari cuisine. Try local family-run restaurants in Thimi Bazaar for momos (dumplings) and other kid-friendly Nepali dishes, or head back toward Bhaktapur (3 km away) for more diverse dining options including tourist-friendly cafes.
