Entry to the mall is free, but individual attractions like the aquarium and Kidzania require separate tickets (book online for discounts). Parking is available but can be expensive. Multiple clean restrooms with changing tables and dedicated nursing rooms are located on every floor.

Open year-round with consistent hours. Special holiday events and decorations during Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year make these particularly magical times to visit. Songkran (Thai New Year in mid-April) brings festive activities but also larger crowds.

The mall itself has excellent dining options on every floor. Nearby, MBK Center food court (5-minute walk) offers very affordable authentic Thai dishes kids will enjoy, while Siam Center next door has trendy cafes and Instagram-worthy dessert spots teens love.
