Parking costs $5 on weekdays and $7 on weekends (cash or card accepted). The park has clean restrooms, but no on-site food vendors, so pack a picnic or plan to eat nearby. Paved paths make the park very stroller and wheelchair accessible.

Open year-round with slightly extended hours during summer months. The park is especially beautiful in spring when wildflowers bloom. Note that the park closes at 6 PM, so plan accordingly for evening picnics during longer summer days.

The Bruery Terreux (family-friendly gastropub with outdoor seating and kids menu) is 5 minutes away, or head to In-N-Out Burger on Imperial Highway for a quick, kid-approved meal before or after your park visit.
