Summer (June-August) offers warmest water and best swimming conditions. Spring (March-May) brings wildflowers to adjacent cliffs and excellent tide pooling. Winter features larger waves (less suitable for young kids) and possible beach erosion. Grunion runs occur spring through summer for a unique natural phenomenon.
