Library services are completely free with a library card (available to Santa Clara County residents). Ample free parking is available in the adjacent lot. The facility is fully wheelchair accessible with family restrooms available.

The library hosts an especially popular Summer Reading Program with weekly activities, prizes, and special events from June through August. Holiday-themed storytimes and craft sessions occur during winter break and spring vacation weeks.
