1. 1.Visit during early morning (6-8am) or late afternoon (after 5pm) to avoid the intense midday heat, especially from May to September.
2. 2.Bring bikes, scooters, or rollerblades as the smooth paths are perfect for wheeled activities and rentals can be limited.
3. 3.Pack plenty of water and sun protection (hats, sunscreen, sunglasses) as shade is limited along certain stretches of the boardwalk.
4. 4.The area near the waterfall feature is particularly photogenic and kids love watching the cascading water.
5. 5.Download offline maps as you'll be walking extended distances, and look for the colorful bridge crossings which make great photo spots.

October through April offers the most comfortable weather for outdoor activities. Visit during weekday mornings for fewer crowds, or Friday and Saturday evenings when the boardwalk comes alive with families and the temperature cools down. Sunset visits (around 6pm in winter) provide beautiful lighting and pleasant temperatures.

Admission is completely free and the boardwalk is open 24 hours. Parking is available in nearby Business Bay with paid spots, or use the Dubai Metro (Business Bay station) which is within walking distance. Limited food vendors along the route, so consider bringing snacks and water.

Best visited between October and April when temperatures are mild (20-30°C). Summer months (May-September) are extremely hot and humid, making outdoor activities challenging during daytime hours. If visiting in summer, go early morning before 8am or after sunset when the boardwalk is beautifully lit.

Business Bay has numerous family-friendly options including The Lime Tree Cafe for healthy meals and kid favorites, or head to nearby City Walk (10 minutes by car) which offers dozens of international restaurants with children's menus and outdoor seating.
