Entrance fee is $6 per vehicle (2-8 people). Parking fills up fast on weekends, and the park closes to new visitors at capacity. Outside food and drinks are allowed, but glass containers are prohibited in the spring area.

Summer weekends (May-August) see the heaviest crowds with the park often reaching capacity by 10 AM. Winter months offer easier access and comfortable hiking weather, though swimming may feel chilly. The park occasionally closes trails after heavy rains due to flooding.
