Open year-round with the most comfortable weather March through May and September through November. Summer months (June-August) can be very hot and humid, so plan water activities and arrive early. The park offers spectacular views during summer sunsets. Winter months are mild and less crowded, perfect for active families who don't mind cooler water temperatures.
