Visit during the cooler months (November through March) for the most comfortable outdoor experience, ideally on weekday mornings when it's less crowded. The murals are viewable year-round, though summer visits can be extremely hot and humid. Art Basel in December brings special events and even more visitors to the area. Some murals are periodically replaced or refreshed, so the experience evolves throughout the year.

KYU (a few blocks away) offers Asian-inspired wood-fired dishes with kid-friendly options like fried rice and noodles in a hip setting. For something more casual, Vicky's House serves authentic Venezuelan arepas and empanadas that kids typically love, with quick service perfect for hungry little ones.
