During the winter picking season, families can stroll through rows of fresh strawberry plants, filling their baskets with sweet, sun-ripened berries while kids learn where their food comes from in this hands-on agricultural adventure.

1. 1.Arrive early in the morning (right at 7 AM opening) for the coolest temperatures and freshest berry selection before the Florida sun gets too intense

You typically pay for strawberries by the pound that you pick. Wear closed-toe shoes and sun protection as you'll be outdoors in open fields with limited shade.

Strawberry picking is a winter seasonal activity, typically running from late December through early April, with peak season in January-March. The farm is closed during summer months when strawberries aren't in season. Check ahead during the Strawberry Festival season (late February/early March) as hours and availability may vary.
