Admission is typically free or low-cost (verify current rates before visiting), with ample free parking available. The facility has restrooms and a small nature center with air conditioning, but no food service, so pack snacks and water bottles for your visit.

Open year-round, but most comfortable for families from November through April when temperatures are mild and humidity is lower.
