Parking is free and plentiful along Flagler Drive. The park is free to enter with restrooms and water fountains available, but no on-site food vendors, so bring snacks and drinks. The splash pad operates daily during warmer months.

The splash pad typically operates year-round but is most popular April through October. Summer months (June-August) can be extremely hot and humid, making early morning or evening visits more comfortable. Hurricane season (June-November) may occasionally affect park access.
