Admission and programs are completely free. The library is accessible by MTR (Shau Kei Wan Station, Exit A3, then 8-minute walk). Quiet behavior is expected, and eating is not permitted inside.

Open year-round with consistent programming. Particularly welcome during summer (June to August) when outdoor activities can be uncomfortable due to heat and humidity. Note that the library is closed every Thursday.
