Entrance fees are moderately priced (around 65 MYR for adults, 45 MYR for children, approximately 15-10 USD). The park has a small cafe on-site, free parking, and is mostly accessible with paved paths, though some areas may be challenging for strollers due to the natural terrain.

Open year-round with consistent hours. Malaysia's weather is tropical, so expect afternoon rain showers during the monsoon season (September to December). The park operates rain or shine, but some outdoor shows may be postponed during heavy rain.
