Entrance fee is approximately 20,000 Laotian Kip (about $1-2 USD) per person plus boat fee. Basic changing rooms and toilets are available but bring your own towels. Food stalls sell snacks and drinks but options are limited for picky eaters.

Water flow is significantly reduced during dry season (December to May), and the falls may be less impressive. The rainy season (June to November) offers the best waterfall experience but check weather conditions as heavy rains can make access difficult. The site operates year-round during posted hours.
