The boardwalk is completely free to access with ample free parking available. While there are no restrooms or food vendors directly on the boardwalk, nearby Marina Bay has restaurants and facilities within a short walk.

Open year-round, but most enjoyable from April through October. Winter visits are possible but can be windy and cold off the water. Summer brings the most boat activity for kids to watch. Fall foliage adds beautiful colors to the backdrop views.

Marina Bay has several family-friendly options within walking distance, including Granite Links Golf Club's restaurant with harbor views and casual fare, or head to nearby Quincy Center (5-minute drive) for more diverse dining options like ice cream shops and pizza places.
