Entry to the park is completely free with multiple access points. Parking at main trailheads costs around 5 to 8 euros. Bring all food, water, and supplies as there are no facilities inside the park itself, though nearby towns like Manzanares el Real have shops and restaurants.

The park is open year-round, but summer (July and August) can be extremely hot with temperatures exceeding 35°C (95°F), making early morning visits essential. Spring brings beautiful wildflowers, while fall offers cooler hiking weather. Winter can occasionally see snow at higher elevations, adding a magical touch but requiring extra caution on trails.
