Open year-round, but trails can be muddy in early spring and may require snowshoes or cross-country skis in winter. Fall offers the most comfortable hiking conditions with beautiful color changes, while summer requires extra mosquito protection. Winter visits provide opportunities for animal track identification in the snow.
