Admission is completely free, making this an excellent budget-friendly option. There are no food vendors on-site, so bring your own snacks and drinks, and note that the park closes at 6:15 PM daily, earlier than typical parks in Western countries.

Best visited during Oman's winter season (October to March) when temperatures are comfortable (20-28°C/68-82°F). Summer months (May to September) see extreme heat and should be avoided for midday visits. The park maintains the same hours year-round.
