Jump sessions are typically sold in hourly increments, and special grip socks are required (available for purchase if you don't have them). The facility is wheelchair accessible for parents, and there's a comfortable viewing area where adults can watch. Outside food isn't permitted, but snacks and drinks are available for purchase on-site.

As an indoor facility, Sky Zone is perfect year-round and especially popular during hot summer months and rainy days. Holiday breaks and school vacation weeks see increased crowds, so book ahead. They often host special events during Halloween and winter holidays with themed jump sessions.
