The park is closed on Tuesdays, and Sunday hours are limited (12-5 PM). Admission fees apply with additional costs for special feeding experiences; parking is free on-site, and the venue is stroller-friendly though some paths are unpaved.

Open year-round except Tuesdays. Spring and fall offer the most comfortable temperatures for outdoor walking. Summer visits are possible but plan for morning hours to beat the heat. Winter hours remain the same but dress warmly as it's an outdoor facility.
