Parking is very limited along N Ridge Lane, so arrive early or consider biking/walking from nearby accommodations. There are no facilities, food vendors, or restrooms directly at this access point, so come prepared with all supplies.

Best visited May through October when water temperatures are comfortable. Summer months (June-August) offer warmest water but bring the biggest crowds. Spring and fall provide pleasant temperatures with more space. Winter months see significantly colder water unsuitable for young children.

Head to nearby Wrightsville Beach (5-minute drive) for Tower 7 Baja Mexican Grill, which offers kid-friendly tacos and quesadillas with outdoor seating, or South Beach Grill for casual beachside burgers and fish tacos.
