Day passes must be pre-booked online and cost approximately 17-20 euros per person (Center Parcs guests have included access). Parking is available on-site. The facility has lockers for rent, changing rooms with family facilities, and a cafe serving snacks and light meals, though outside food is not permitted in the water park area.

The indoor facilities operate year-round with consistent hours. Outdoor pools and splash areas typically open from May through September, weather permitting. The park can be especially busy during Dutch school holidays in February (spring break), late July through August (summer holidays), and October (autumn break).

The on-site Market Dome at Center Parcs offers various family-friendly restaurants including pizza, pancakes, and Dutch favorites just a short walk from Aqua Mundo. For a quick bite, the Aqua Mundo cafe serves kid-approved snacks like fries, chicken nuggets, and ice cream.
