October through April offers the most comfortable weather for extended outdoor play. Visit on weekday mornings (7-10 AM) to avoid crowds and weekend rush. The park is free to visit with ample free parking available. There are restrooms and water fountains on-site, but no food concessions, so pack snacks, lunch, and plenty of water,especially during warmer months when desert heat requires extra hydration.

The splash pad typically operates from late April through September (exact dates vary by weather). Spring (March-May) brings beautiful desert wildflower blooms along the trails. Summer visits require sun protection and early/late hours due to extreme heat. Fall and winter offer ideal temperatures for all-day outdoor play.
