This is a state park facility requiring a daily or annual vehicle permit for entry (available at the park entrance). Restrooms and changing facilities are available near the beach, but food concessions are limited so plan to bring your own snacks and lunch.

Beach season typically runs Memorial Day through Labor Day with lifeguards on duty during peak summer months. Swimming is not recommended outside the designated season. The area can be enjoyed year-round for picnics and lakeside walks, but facilities may be limited in off-season months.
