Expect to pay around $40-60 per person depending on the course package selected. All safety equipment is provided, and trained guides monitor the courses. There's free parking on-site, and while there's no full restaurant, snacks and beverages are available at the base area.

Open year-round with weather permitting, though courses may close temporarily during severe weather, lightning, high winds, or icy conditions. Spring (March-May) and fall (September-November) offer the most pleasant temperatures. Summer operations run earlier morning hours to beat the heat.

The venue is located near the Remington Park area with several family-friendly options nearby including Charleston's Restaurant (casual American with a good kids menu) and various fast-casual chains within a 5-minute drive for post-adventure refueling.
