River Parks is completely free to access with multiple parking areas along Riverside Drive throughout the system. Restrooms and water fountains are available at major trailheads, but bring snacks as food options are limited along most sections.

Open year-round, but most enjoyable spring through fall. Summer can be very hot, so visit early or late in the day. Fall foliage along the trails is particularly beautiful. Some playground equipment may be hot to touch during peak summer afternoons.
