Weekdays in May, June, or September offer the best weather and smallest crowds. Avoid summer weekends and July 4th week when crowds peak.

Admission starts around $80-95 per person (kids under 3 free) with seasonal pricing variations; parking is $30-40. The park includes both amusement rides and water attractions, plus numerous dining options from quick-service to sit-down restaurants. Season passes often pay for themselves in 2-3 visits and include free parking.

Open year-round with varying schedules. Water attractions operate Memorial Day through Labor Day. Special seasonal events include Hersheypark in the Dark (Halloween activities, September-October), Hersheypark Christmas Candylane (November-December), and Springtime in the Park (April-May). Winter hours are extremely limited with many rides closed.

The Chocolatier Restaurant & Bar inside the park offers excellent sit-down dining with kid favorites. Outside the park, try Hershey Pantry (5-minute drive) for generous portions of comfort food and famous cinnamon buns that kids adore.
