The trail is free and open 24/7, but parking near the starting points (near the Chateau or beaches) can be limited and may require fees during summer. There are no facilities along the trail itself, so plan accordingly with snacks, water, and bathroom stops before you start.

Best enjoyed year-round, though summer (July-August) can be very hot for hiking. Winter months offer mild temperatures but some sections may be slippery after rain. Spring brings wildflowers along the path, while fall offers comfortable temperatures and fewer tourists.

Head to the beachfront area of Mandelieu-la-Napoule where you will find several casual cafes and creperies offering kid-friendly options like pizza, pasta, and ice cream. The Port de la Napoule area has family-friendly restaurants with outdoor seating and simple French cuisine.
