Parking is free and plentiful with multiple lots throughout the park. There are no food vendors inside, so pack your own picnic and snacks. Clean restroom facilities and water fountains are available near the main areas.

Open year-round from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Most popular during spring through fall. Winter visits are possible but facilities may be limited and paths can be icy. Fall foliage is spectacular in October. Summer weekends can get crowded, especially for picnic areas.
