Singapore's tropical climate means the park is open year-round, but trails can be slippery during the monsoon season (November to January). The dry season (February to April) offers the most comfortable conditions for families with young children.

Bukit Batok Central has several family-friendly hawker centers within 10 minutes' drive, including Bukit Batok West Avenue 7 Food Centre with affordable local dishes. For Western options, visit nearby Hillview area which has cafes and restaurants with air conditioning, perfect for cooling down after your nature walk.
