Admission is completely free and the area is open 24/7. Limited parking available on-site (chargeable), but easily accessible via taxi or the Marina Bay MRT station with a 15-minute walk. Bring cash for small purchases as the cafe may have limited card facilities.

Open year-round in Singapore's tropical climate. Best kite-flying conditions during the northeast monsoon season (December to March) with stronger winds. Avoid visiting during heavy rain or thunderstorms, which are common in afternoon hours from April to November.

Gardens by the Bay food court (10-minute walk) offers affordable, air-conditioned dining with local and international options. Marina Bay Sands SkyPark area has multiple family-friendly restaurants including food courts and casual chains, about 15 minutes away by taxi.
