Entrance fees are moderate (around 70-90 Brazilian Reals per adult, with discounts for children). There is a small cafe inside serving snacks and drinks, but outside food is not permitted. Parking is available on-site for a fee, or you can use ride-sharing apps like Uber which are common and affordable in São Paulo.

The aquarium is open year-round with consistent hours. Brazilian school holidays (January, July, and December) see significantly higher attendance. The venue may have special holiday programming during Christmas and New Year periods.

Shopping Interlagos mall is a 10-minute drive away and offers numerous family-friendly chain restaurants with familiar options.
