Visit on weekday mornings in June or August for the best combination of warm weather and smaller crowds. July is peak season and can be very busy. Aim for 10am-3pm when lifeguards are typically on duty and temperatures are warmest.

Access to the beach is free, and there is parking available nearby though it can fill up quickly on warm days. Basic toilet facilities are available during summer, and while there may be a small kiosk, bringing your own food and drinks is recommended.

Best visited June through August when water temperatures are warmest (typically 16-20°C) and lifeguards are present. The beach is accessible year-round but swimming outside summer months is only for the brave. Facilities and lifeguard services are seasonal, typically operating mid-June through mid-August.

Pack a picnic as dedicated restaurants near the beach are limited. For a post-beach meal, head back toward Tyresö Centrum where you'll find family-friendly options including pizzerias and cafes about 10 minutes away by car.
